The Go-to-Market team works cross-functionally to set the overall sales strategy, ensure channel and partner launch readiness, and manage the quarterly and long-term business planning. Our team is responsible for meeting the product category's sales and margin guidelines. We drive decisions for the product line to define market opportunities and to develop a Product Launch strategy. Combining strategy, planning, and P&L support, as well as day to day execution, we work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to develop the Hardware business.. Within the Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO), the Go-to-Market team works cross-functionally to set overall sales strategy, ensure launch readiness, and manage quarterly and long-term business planning. Our team is responsible for meeting the product category's sales and margin guidelines. We drive decisions for the product line to define market opportunities and to develop a product launch strategy. Combining strategy, planning, and profit and loss (P&L) support, as well as day-to-day execution, we work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales, and supply-chain to develop the hardware business.. As a Global Go-to-Market Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market/industry analysis to determine where the Google Nest categories market is currently and where it's headed. You will analyze data to guide and develop business planning and promotional strategy, run simulations based on analysis and promotion plans to develop forecasts for promote-in and promote-out and program costs, and develop and maintain mid to long-term home business strategy. You will also work cross-functionally and with regional Go-to-Market Leads to drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, product promote-in, and execution..
