We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven and growth-oriented individual who will lead our strategic partnership efforts with mobile game publishers. This person will ideate and execute on partnership opportunities that will drive impactful growth of Samsung's gaming ecosystem and business. He/she will build and maintain close relationships with top game partners as well as help existing partners grow their business by providing data-driven, actionable business guidance. He/she will advocate for developer-centric platform improvements based on developer feedback, market research and internal analysis. He/she will also work with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, engineering, etc.) to gain support for business initiatives. Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate highly effective, deep relationships with key partners with a focus on strategic growth opportunities
• Identify and execute creative partnership opportunities / deals that can best support and further shared goals between partner and Samsung's gaming business
• Represent partner's needs to drive, design and project manage impactful collaboration with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, marketing, and operations (including Korea HQ) aimed to grow the Samsung gaming ecosystem
• Contribute to shaping best practices for our games partnership strategy and identify both new areas of focus or existing areas that can be improved across our partner ecosystem Skills and Qualifications Required Qualifications:
  --
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in business development and partnership management, ideally within the mobile games space
  • A passion for games
  • Experience working in an external-facing role, including relationship management and pitching to senior executives
  • Experience in managing and negotiating with partners
  • Experience operating with and leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate large, global organizations
  • Deep understanding about the mobile games ecosystem with a fluency in business models and knowledge of the competitive landscape
