What are we looking for? At SentinelOne, Talent Acquisition Operations is critical to the growth and scalability of our global recruiting organization. We're looking to grow this team with a strong operations leader leading the charge. As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will report to our VP Global Talent Acquisition and you'll essentially play a "COO" role to the entire talent acquisition organization with visibility across the company and with senior management. As the leader of this team, you'll drive and implement key strategic initiatives, streamline our processes, and remove operational roadblocks with the goal of building a world-class recruiting engine to help SentinelOne scale. You'll partner and develop relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across our People, Finance, Legal, IT, and procurement teams. You'll also work closely with the Talent Acquisition and People Leadership Teams to define our long-term vision and strategy ensuring we're always innovating on our operating model. What will you do?

  • Candidate experience: ensure we're providing the best experience for all candidates from start to finish
  • Operations: headcount planning, reporting, and capacity planning, budgeting, and candidate travel management
  • Enablement: in partnership with our TA Programs and leadership teams develop and scale onboarding and training programs for the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Reporting: build robust dashboards and analytics capabilities to help the team operate effectively at scale and provide insights to the business
  • Process: ensure a consistent hiring process globally and own aspects of compliance and audits
  • Tools: maintain and develop our technology roadmap, manage vendor relationships and budget including: sourcing, pilots, contract negotiations implementation, and long-term success management. What skills and experience should you bring?
    • You have 5+ years experience scoping, leading and delivering complex programs and projects with experience in a Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Analyst or Program Manager role
    • You're an ATS (Greenhouse) super user: optimizing and customizing functionalities to facilitate efficient recruiting processes.
    • You're able to define and execute on a holistic recruiting operations strategy
    • You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality
    • You have strong project and program management skills and experience
    • You're analytical and have strong problem solving skills with confidence working with data
    • You're a capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner and influence across all levels of an organization
    • You're no stranger to a fast-changing environment, with a "do what it takes" mentality
