The opportunity

As Director of Product, you will lead the development of Samsung advertising technology that intelligently buys digital media for our customers. This high-impact area of our platform includes machine learning-powered optimization of advertising outcomes, dynamic bidding, exchange integrations and brand safety. Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities

• Manage a team of product managers
• Establish and improve processes that maximize quality and productivity of the team
• Own definition of the roadmap and its execution
• Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams
• Work closely with engineering to ensure on-time delivery with high quality
• Communicate the strategy, plans and progress to stakeholders Skills and Qualifications Experience
  • 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years of experience in advertising technology
  • Expert understanding of ad auctions and real-time bidding
  • Experience delivering significant products utilizing machine learning--
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem - ad exchanges, DSPs and SSPs, ideally including connected TVs and mobile devices
  • Experience with Agile product development
  • Passion and results in people, process and quality management
  • Team motivation and executive-facing communication skills
