As Product Management Lead for Trust and Safety Content and Accounts, you will build and manage a team of product managers. The team will help drive our safety features for videos, including our strategies for automated and manual video moderation, safely compensating creators, etc. The team will also help design our account strategy, including strikes policy for repeat abusers, identity and age verification, etc. You and your team will work closely with policy leaders, product managers, engineers and data scientists around the world to design comprehensive strategies and plans. Your team will own designing features, working with engineering to build them, testing and rolling out solutions, then continuing to monitor and improve them after they ship, keeping our users safe as new threats and opportunities evolve.What will I be doing?--- Hire and grow a strong team of product managers--- With your team, design key aspects of our content trust and safety strategy--- With your team, set metrics and drive for continuous improvement--- Drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success, working with engineering and other teamsQualificationsWhat should I bring with me?--- 5 years in product management--- 2 years experience managing Product Managers--- 2 years relevant experience in Trust and Safety, minor safety, fraud detection, or other relevant experience--- Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of pushing ambitious product changes --- Good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal; ability to work across time-zones and locationsEven Better If:--- Extensive experience in Consumer-Facing mobile or web internet companies--- Significant experience in hiring and growing teams of product managers--- Experience building social networking or video content applicationsTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
