The Partnership Success Manager will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and high revenue growth.Come join us on our mission and make a difference.About the Partnership Success Manager (K-12 and Universities) PositionThe ideal candidate thrives in building one-to-one relationships and is skilled at identifying new business opportunities, delivering dynamic presentations, and engaging across all levels of leadership. This Partnership Success Manager has a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact within our Partnerships organization by delivering measurable revenue results. The Partnerships team plays a very strategic role in helping teachers and faculty educate learners across many diverse schools and universities in the U.S. and around the world.Responsibilities* Manage a large academic partner portfolio, tiered based on current size and future opportunity* Achieve and exceed established revenue and growth targets by growing users, establishing utilization benchmarks, and driving engagement* Manage all aspects of subscription partners from implementation to ongoing marketing initiatives* Utilize data-driven account management by continuously collecting, monitoring, and presenting data on KPIs both internally and externally and taking timely action based on these insights* Develop and execute growth plans for high-value partners, in which you identify the ways Study.com can best serve the various needs of the institution, its teachers, faculty and learners* Nurture instructors as ambassadors and advocates and leverage their passion for our product to navigate the academic bureaucracies and increase revenues year-round* Coordinate resources to ensure the customer experiences seamless service delivery from integrations, operations, curriculum, support, billing, training, and development* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and increase engagement ultimately, maximizing annual recurring revenue* Support sales team with product demos, presentations and other deliverables as neededRequirements* 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Management roles* 2+ years of experience with sales or client management for academic institutions (K-12 and/or Higher Ed) , where bottom-up faculty buy-in was critical and top-down strategic administrator relationships were essential to long-term business' success* Strong organization skills and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details* High level of responsiveness, putting client's and team members needs first* Excellent written and verbal communication* Dynamic storyteller and presenter* Creative and data driven* Expert in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook* Willingness to travel (up to 1-2 times a quarter) (Post-COVID)* Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or related fieldPreferred Requirements* Experience managing large K-12 institutional clients* Understanding academic budget cycles for K-12 and colleges in the U.S. and around the world* Product marketing experiencePlease Note: With the current shelter-in-place orders, new employees are being onboarded and working remotely.
