We have an immediate opening within our Customer Success team. The role will focus on account implementations, adoption, retention and growth. By helping users increase performance and engagement, you will have a direct impact on the success of both new and renewing accounts.

Your responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to foster long-term business relationships and account success
  • Dedicated contact for strategy, product trainings and reviews
  • Analyze account performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption and retention
  • Work directly with account owners and stakeholders to ensure successful renewals and upsells
  • Deliver onboardings and create roadmaps for successful implementations
  • Data analysis and data driven decision making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across our various teams towards customer centric goals

    Must-have experience

    • Education: BA/BS or higher
    • 2+ years of experience within Customer Success or a similar role
    • Ability to communicate and listen effectively
    • Excellent written communication
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
    • Efficient working with minimal and direct supervision
    • Critical thinking and analysis abilities
