DescriptionMatternet drone logistics systems enable organizations around the world to transport medical items safely and reliably through the air at a fraction of the time, cost and energy of any other transportation method used today.As Matternet---s Product Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of what our customers need and bring clarity to the solutions their problems demand. You will partner with the CEO and department thought leaders to infuse this knowledge into every aspect of Matternet---s product and operations. You will own Matternet---s product roadmap and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to build best-in-class technology that makes a profound impact for our customers as we expand partnerships across the globe.You will:Serve as Matternet---s subject matter expert for Product ManagementEngage with our customers, end-users and operators, to understand the critical ways in which our product should evolve to meet their needs better Work with senior leadership across disciplines to craft Matternet---s product roadmapEstablish and maintain alignment on product requirements and priorities with internal stakeholders (R&D, Design, Engineering, BizDev, and Operations)Engage with Design and Engineering at a technical level to drive the execution of product requirements Establish and measure metrics that inform the success of productsIntegrate studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements Maximize efficiency across teams in a constantly evolving environmentRequirementsBachelor---s degree in engineeringAn unwavering passion for innovation and building great products8 years of progressively responsible experience as a Product Manager Experience shipping complex products with multiple componentsAbility to collaborate and engage in meaningful discussions with all product stakeholders, including designers, engineers, technicians, operators and business development professionalsAbility to translate customer desires into technical requirementsExperience managing product requirements for a complex technical product with a heavy regulatory componentAbility to balance concurrent projects and deadlinesGreat additions: Experience in aviation, aerospace, robotics, medical devices, or related regulated industry Master---s degree in business or designProduct management related certificationsJob SummaryID: F6AEEE5145Department: ["Product Management"]Type: full time
