Today’s top AI engineers spend the majority of their time on repetitive loops of data curation, prompt refinement, evaluation, and fine-tuning—turning what should be a month of work into a year of effort and millions of dollars in spend. Tools have improved, but the process remains fundamentally broken. We’re building the first autonomous AI engineer —a system that can automate the full end-to-end workflow of creating, optimizing, and deploying high-performance AI models. This is not another MLOps platform; it’s an intelligent agent that handles the total lifecycle of advanced AI development. Our goal: enable companies to ship sophisticated, production-grade AI systems in weeks, not years. Who We’re Looking For We’re hiring our first founding engineers —people who want to shape a product, a company, and an industry from the ground up.
