The AI Incubation and Enablement team is looking for a talented, technical, hands-on Senior Engineer---to drive the development of innovative AI solutions. This position will be focused on making significant contributions to the team in development practices, operational standards and platform evolution while driving rapid, iterative software development using Large Language Models. -

The---Senior Engineer on the AI Incubation and Enablement team---is a hands-on development position. You will be a strong developer on the team with deep technical knowledge as well as the ability to help other team members in solving complex technical issues. You will mentor junior engineers on platform and application solutions and will focus on building strong technology practices on the team. -

Bachelor's degree or advanced degrees in Computer Science or related field . -
-8+ years of software development experience and 4+ years of experience as a hands-on senior engineer in startups and large organizations. -
-5+ years of e xperience building complex products from scratch and running them in productio n. -
-3 + years of e xperience building applications that use AI models to deliver business value. -
-3+ years of e xperience building applications and data pipelines that interface with large datasets. -
-3+ years of experience with containers and cloud-native applications, and the ability to operationalize them in the public cloud with infrastructure as code. -

Strong computer science fundamentals and experience working across different parts of the tech stack. -
Focus on quality in everything you do. Continue to raise the bar and drive others to deliver high-quality products , with experience writing tests at all levels of the test pyramid. -
Experience mentoring junior engineers and helping them grow their technical skills through clear feedback and code reviews. -
Ability to solve complex problems with ambiguous or incomplete data in highly distributed systems. -
Experience working with LLMs and shipping LLM-powered applications to production is a big plus. -
Experience with Python, Java and Angular preferred but not required . -
