First Robotics Engineering Summer Internship Overview The J&J Engineering Summer Internship Program is an 8-week internship experience targeted to rising first-year college students who have participated in the FIRST Robotics program during high school and are pursuing a STEM course of study at the university level. Internships are hosted in J&J sites across the US and will support either the Supply Chain or Research & Development functions. Life as a J&J Engineering Summer Intern This first-of-its kind internship program provides each selected student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. As this unique internship is targeted to students who have very likely never worked in a corporate environment, an intentionally designed, engaging educational experience has been planned throughout the internship to ensure you feel supported and have all the tools you need to be successful. When you join our family, you will work on projects that improve your leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all our sectors; Innovative Medicine, MedTech, and Corporate/Enterprise.
