experienced engineering leader to manage our Marketing and Growth
Engineering Team. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a
cohesive team of software engineers who design, implement and
deliver in-product features and capabilities that drive our goals
for product growth. To achieve these goals you will partner with
product managers, designers and key stakeholders in Marketing,
Sales and Philanthropy. This role is not about just delivering
projects and managing to a schedule. We are looking for an
engineering manager with experience in Growth and e-Commerce who
thrives by collaborating with cross-functional partners to design
and build great solutions.This role would be responsible for:
- Driving delivery on product goals through direct people
management
- Partnering with cross-functional colleagues in design, content,
philanthropy, marketing and product management
- Collaborating with external partners to deliver contractual
features
- Partnering with architects and other engineering managers to
make sure our product architecture, performance, and quality meet
the needs of our users
- Contributing to technical thought leadership. Driving consensus
within their team around technical vision.

- At least 4 years of experience managing teams of software
engineers and managers
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating
self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt
inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion
and belonging throughout the organization.
- The ability to manage a diverse team of engineers from all
backgrounds
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written - a
history of blogging or essay-writing is helpful
- Technical proficiency - you can dive into technical discussions
and deeply understand and influence the decision making
process
- Ability to set clear expectations and goals for the team. You
hold team members accountable for performance expectations and take
different approaches to motivating high performers and turning

salary range is $182,000 - $200,000 USD. The pay range for this
position is a general guideline only. We determine the final salary
offer by factoring in experience and skills, evaluating the state
