We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hardware Demo Lead to join our Event Technology Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the hardware demo team, ensuring that all hardware demos are executed flawlessly, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Hardware Demo Lead will be responsible for managing a team of hardware demo specialists, coordinating with event planners, and ensuring that all hardware demos are delivered on time and within budget.Responsibilities

• Lead the hardware demos on the Event Technology team and ensure that alldemos are executed flawlessly
• Coordinate with event planners to ensure that all hardware demos are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met
• Manage the inventory of hardware and ensure that all equipment is in goodworking condition
• Train and mentor the hardware demo team to ensure that they areknowledgeable about the products they are demonstrating
• Work closely with the comms and leadership teams to identify opportunities for hardware demos and ensure that they are executed effectively
• Provide feedback to the product development team on the performance of the hardware and suggest improvements where necessary
• Ensure that all hardware demos are CORP compliant
• Partner with internal CARE team for hardware imaging standards (UEM, JAMF)
• Willingness to travel globally
• Hours of work eb and flow in a planning to execution model
