Principal Engineer, R&D, Sunnyvale
The Synopsys Circuit and TCAD Solutions group builds simulation
tools and related methodologies to enable the research and
accelerated development of advanced semiconductor devices and
fabrication processes. The technology is used to create highly
complex and realistic 3D device and circuit structures which are
used to perform electrical, mechanical, thermal and reliability
analyses necessary for predictive technology design and
optimization.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between
$155,000-$270,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an
annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys

compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related
factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
