Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a
part of the Production organization and report to the Head of
Production & Supply Chain. This is a small but growing team of
highly motivated people that are passionate about delivering
quality products and services, on-time, and with unquestionable

this team, you'll play a critical role where you are responsible
for developing, certifying, and continuously improving all aspects
of the manufacturing processes to meet all design and business
requirements, including safety, quality, cost, and on-time
delivery. You will be responsible for building a team of
high-performing manufacturing engineers, automation engineers, test
engineers, and industrial engineers while developing processes,
factories, and infrastructure needed to scale the business and
mature the processes that will enable success for multiple internal
teams. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the build, inspection, and installation
processes for our Remotely Operated Aircraft System (ROAS)
- Represent the production organization in all design reviews and
partner with responsible engineers to evaluate designs for cost,
producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and
conformance to requirements
- Assures product and process quality by testing finished-product
and process capabilities, establishing standards, and developing
manufacturing processes
- Identify, plan, and execute capital equipment and layout
upgrades to meet production demand
- Lead facilities development, floor layouts, capacity models,
and product flow analysis to ensure on-time vehicle delivery
- Improves production and manufacturing processes
- Resolve product non-conformances and collaborate with the
quality team to implement root cause corrective actionsBasic
Success Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace,
systems, or industrial engineering
- 6+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing
experience
- Understanding and familiarity in aerospace manufacturing,
processing, and materials knowledge
- Experience with process mapping and efficiently designing
layouts to optimize demand flow
- Hands-on confidence to help fix, repair, setup, and operate
industrial equipment
- Proficiency with computer-aided designed (CAD) software, such
as SolidWorks
- Experience leading a team of individuals either as a project
lead or with direct reportsPreferred Criteria
- Part 121 or 145 experience
- Electro-mechanical assembly and prototype development
experience
- Knowledge of the AS/ISO family of standards, specifically
AS9100D
- Ability to design tooling and fixturing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOur team is

View, California.Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.The
estimated salary range for this position is $155,000 to $206,000.
