role as Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop, certify,
and continuously improve all aspects of the manufacturing processes
to meet all design and business requirements including safety,
quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for
building a team of high-performing manufacturing engineers,
automation engineers, test engineers, and industrial engineers
while developing processes, factories, and infrastructure needed to
scale the business and mature the processes that will enable
success for multiple internal teams. ResponsibilitiesResponsible
for the build, inspection, and installation process for a Remotely
Operated Aircraft System (ROAS)Assures product and process quality
by testing finished-product and process capabilities, establishing
standards, and developing manufacturing processesIdentify, plan,
and execute capital equipment, machine, and layout upgrades to meet
volume production demandLead facilities development, floor layouts,
capacity models, and product flow analysis to ensure on-time
vehicle deliveryRepresent the production organization in all design
reviews and partner with responsible engineers to evaluate designs
for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy,
accuracy, and conformance to requirementsDevelops manufacturing
processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing,
modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, and
coordinating with equipment vendorsResolve product non-conformances
and collaborate with the quality team to implement root cause
corrective actionsBasic Success CriteriaBachelor's degree in
mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or industrial
engineering6+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing
experienceUnderstanding and familiarity in aerospace manufacturing,
processing, and materials knowledgeExperience with process mapping
and efficiently designing layouts to optimize demand flowHands-on
confidence to help fix, repair, setup, and operate industrial
equipmentProficiency with computer-aided designed (CAD) software,
such as SolidWorksExperience leading a team of individuals either
as a project lead or with direct reportsPreferred CriteriaParts 121
or 145 experienceElectro-mechanical assembly and prototype
development experienceKnowledge of the AS/ISO family of standards,
specifically AS9100DAbility to design tooling and
fixturingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOur team

View, California, reporting to the Head of Production and Supply
Chain. -Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.The estimated
salary range for this position is $157,000 to $208,500. - At
