(LPN) license and minimum 1 years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

qualifications will not be considered. A Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) is needed for a full-time, short-term leave assignment at an
elementary school in Citrus Heights, CA. This contract role will
support a first-grade student requiring specialized nursing care.
The assignment runs from March 2nd to March 6th, 2026, with a
schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:55 p.m., totaling
approximately 30.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 nursing care to a female student with a tracheostomy
requiring suctioning and seizure monitoring. Assisting the student
with accessing the curriculum and supporting health needs,
including managing a G-tube. Ensuring the students safety and
well-being throughout the school day. Collaborating closely with
school staff to accommodate the student's health and educational
requirements. Qualifications: Active LVN license. Experience and
comfort working with tracheostomies, suctioning, G-tube care, and
seizure management. Dependability and punctuality are critical, as
the students attendance depends entirely on the presence of the
assigned LVN. Prior school nursing or pediatric care experience is
preferred. Location: Dry Creek Elementary, Sacramento, CA. This
