Job Description:
Sodexo is seeking a seasoned General Manager 3 to lead our
facilities and maintenance operations, ensuring the delivery of
excellent service quality that aligns with our mission to improve
life quality. In this role, you will manage a comprehensive team,
oversee daily operations, and implement strategies to enhance
operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position
requires a dynamic leader with a robust background in facilities
management, capable of driving innovation and operational
excellence. Oversee daily operations of the facilities and
maintenance department, ensuring compliance with all policies and
regulations. Develop and execute strategic plans to improve service
delivery, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Manage, train, and
inspire a team of professionals to exceed service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and establish relevant KPIs.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate facilities
management with broader company objectives. Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and environmental standards. Strong leadership and
team management skills Proficient in facilities management software
and tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong budgeting and financial management skills Effective
communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of regulatory
compliance pertaining to facilities management Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Facility Manager
(CFM) preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
is advantageous
