GrowthCreate viral, high-impact content that drives massive brand
awareness and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,
and Facebook. You'll experiment with new formats and trends,
turning a blank slate into a bustling, engaged community.Paid
AmplificationIdentify top-performing organic social content and
transform it into paid ads that convert. You'll collaborate with
performance marketing teams to supercharge reach and sales.Social
Media Team LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing team of
content creators, analysts, community managers, and
editors-instilling a culture of rapid iteration, creativity, and
data-driven decision-making.Platform StrategyOwn and optimize our
multi-channel social strategy. You'll know exactly how to tailor
content for each platform's algorithm and audience preferences,
from TikTok's rapid-fire format to LinkedIn's professional
narrative.Performance & AnalyticsMeasure the impact of every post,
reel, and story-refining strategies, scaling what works, and
cutting what doesn't. You'll interpret social data to drive revenue
and KPI improvements, proving real business value from social
initiatives.Influencer & UGC ActivationCultivate relationships with
creators and influencers who share our mission. Leverage
user-generated content (UGC) to amplify authenticity, turning
everyday fans into brand evangelists who shape our story alongside
us.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Growth, Product,
and Creative teams to ensure a seamless experience from
scroll-stopping social content to checkout. You'll be the champion
of "social-first" thinking across the entire organization.Community
EngagementInspire and nurture our audience-interacting directly
with customers, responding to feedback, and creating a sense of
belonging around Aonic's brand. You'll spearhead community-led
campaigns and keep your finger on the pulse of consumer
sentiment.Your ImpactBy blending organic storytelling with paid
distribution, you will maximize our impact across platforms-driving
brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Your focus is on content
that stops the scroll, sparks conversations, and scales our growth
from zero to a large following and create true desire for our
brand.What You BringProven Startup Growth Tactics6+ years in social
media or influencer marketing roles, ideally at fast-growing DTC or
wellness brands. Demonstrable success in building a social presence
from the ground up.Social Media Growth HackingExpert knowledge of
short-form video best practices, platform algorithms (TikTok,
Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), and a creative approach to
viral content creation.Team-Building ExperienceHistory of hiring,
mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams. You can rally
creatives, analysts, and community managers around a common
goal-and get them excited about trying new experiments.Influencer
Marketing SavvyDeep familiarity with the creator economy-sourcing
and managing influencer partnerships, negotiating deals, and
measuring ROI. You see influencers as strategic partners, not just
media channels.Performance-Driven MindsetYou translate social
metrics into real business impact. You're comfortable with A/B
testing, analytics tools, and data dashboards to understand how
