Come join the Intuit's Go To Market Technology Team as a Principal Product Manager responsible for our lead management capabilities. At the center of every great company are great systems and processes. This product leader will focus on innovating on the platforms that our global marketing, sales, and product teams use to connect with prospects and customers to orchestrate real time contextual personalized journeys.

In this role you will own the Lead Lifecycle Management vision and roadmap for Intuit's global marketing and sales organizations with the opportunity to drive transformation and innovation. You will develop and operationalize lead management workflows and tools to facilitate the optimal customer purchasing journey. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.

  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class internal software and tools in a Product Management or business process, technology platform, or architecture role
  • Deep domain expertise in B2B account -based marketing solutions,, marketing automation and CRM platforms threading marketing and sales team's workflows and business systems to accelerate growth
  • A strong understanding of data patterns, schema, and architecture and the ability to translate technical design into non-technical speak
  • A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication
  • A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time
  • A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly
  • Undergraduate degree required in electrical engineering, math, science or other related disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA or advanced degree preferred

    How you will lead

    • Drive the MarTech and SalesTech lead management product strategy for multiple personas (marketers, sales and customer success agents, partners, product managers, developers)
    • Shape the foundation for account based marketing and sales motions to facilitate Intut's mid-market growth
    • Develop lead scoring capabilities integrating analytics applications to drive insights that power marketing and sales funnel motions
    • Define ideal state of the vision and roadmap
    • Deliver technology at scale to support these experiences
    • Prioritize cross-functional needs to revamp legacy technology through clear product roadmaps
    • Define E2E view of data and how it enables all jobs across the MarTech and SalesTech stack, and use this to inform roadmaps and planning
    • Formulate and execute on metrics that move the needle for our persona types to be more productive, spending less time on administrative tasks and more time analyzing, experimenting, and formulating strategies
    • Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives
    • Contribute to improved agile processes that constantly seek to provide predictability of outcomes, set appropriate expectations on timing and scope delivery, and increase development team velocity
