What are we looking for?

BetterHelp operates one of the largest networks of licensed mental health professionals and this is the most critical part of our product and business. We are looking for an experience and results driven leader to accelerate the growth of this network, and to build out and manage the teams leading this effort.

What will you do?

Have complete ownership over the acquisition of new providers through marketing, demand generation, sales / recruiting, business development, process management, and community engagement
Manage several teams with a total headcount of 20+ people and grow the teams as needed
Run, oversee, and optimize an eight-figure budget to accomplish your goals
Closely collaborate with other teams such as product, clinical, legal, operations, and engineering
Impact the overall strategy of the company and the service so we can be attractive and lucrative to more providers

What will you NOT do?

You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.

At least three years of experience in leading sales and marketing where the target audience is small businesses, independent providers, solo professionals, or consumers (not large businesses or enterprises)
Experience in leading teams of at least 15 people
Experience managing a multi-million dollar annual budget
Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions
Super analytical: proven experience in using data and analytics for decision making and driving business outcomes
Proven track record in both strategy setting and tactical execution in ways that provided tangible and measurable results
Growth mindset with an obsession around KPIs
Relentless passion and a get-it-done-no-matter-what attitude
