Our current partner ecosystem is made up of Agency and SI partners, Technology Partners, and Strategic Partners. We are currently looking for a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join our marketing organization. The successful development of the partner ecosystem is crucial to business growth and with partner centricity a strategic imperative, it's key that the GTM activities across the strategic partner landscape are closely managed and executed.. Your job will be to:. Develop and execute custom GTM plans with Bloomreach strategic partners.. Work with the Channel team to deliver priority projects and initiatives for our strategic partners.. Collaborate with the larger marketing organization to integrate field marketing strategies and campaigns into partner offerings, content, and events.. Plan and manage marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.. Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners, serving as the marketing point of contact for all strategic partners and developing one on one communication with the appropriate contacts.. Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.. Your success story will be:. In 30 days, you will make introductions to our strategic partners, establishing the base of a relationship moving forward. In 90 days, you will pick up the current GTM plans for these strategic partners and begin executing those campaigns in conjunction with the strategic partner teams and the Bloomreach channel team.. You have the following experience and qualities:. Professional experience. 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a SaaS organization. At least 3 years of experience in Partner Marketing. Successful track record of working with strategic, technology, resell and services partners on go-to-market for joint offerings and traditional channel marketing tactics. Experience in building and running digital omnichannel campaigns with partners. Proven content development efforts - research, whitepapers, blogs, web content, videos & sales enablement materials. Strong analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns and programs. Knowledge of the commerce industry preferred. Established network in the SI and ISV partner community. Self-starting, enthusiastic individual who is willing to take innovative approaches and responsibly for outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills, including the development of long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders, partners and customers.. Excited?
