Responsibilities

Lead product efforts in metabolic health treatment for members with metabolic conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, and Obesity.
Write clear product specifications for the product area, spanning a mobile app for members and a web application for our clinical care team.
Work closely with product design to create a user-centric experience for both our members and our clinical team.
Write and prepare detailed Jira tickets for upcoming Work closely with engineering, QA, and product design on refining Jira tickets.
Partner with the Engineering Lead to drive all agile ceremonies (daily standup, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, sprint demos, design reviews) and manage phased ramps of product features.



Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps; experience in enterprise web apps would be a plus
Experience in product management for AI-powered products and working with AI/ML teams would be a strong plus
Entrepreneurial mindset; previous experience in a startup would be a plus
Demonstrated experience turning highly complex problems into elegant solutions for users, making the right trade-off decisions in order to develop and launch features with speed and quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing product development from ideation to execution.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Domain experience in healthcare, fitness, or related areas would be a plus, but is not required
