Job Description: We are seeking an Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate to join our Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, or Santa Monica office. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive compensation matters with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and related tax and securities law issues and should have significant deal experience.
