Opus 1 Music Studio (www.musicopus1.com) is looking for new full time admin/customer service staff member(s) for our Mountain View and Palo Alto Music Studios.We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, customer-service oriented, and computer literate individual to handle a variety of administrative tasks. • Provide EXCELLENT customer service (phone, email, walk-ins)
• Enroll, schedule, and reschedule new & current students
• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries
• Enforce the school policy
• Ensure the studios are kept clean and organized
• Handle general day-to-day operational duties as neededREQUIRED
  • Weekend availability (9am-5pm)
  • Evening availability (1pm-9pm)
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Experience managing complex schedules
  • Experience with online scheduling tools
  • Office computer software (MS word, Excel, G Suite, Client Management System)
  • Be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong work ethic and be highly responsible
  • Excellent verbal and written expression (English)PREFFERED
    • Online Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, SquareSpace
    • Experience with creating graphics for online and printed materials
    • Experience with music programs and education
    • Experience with early childhood education
    • Foreign language proficiency (Chinese, Korean, French, etc)
