SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Account Specialist: Billing & Collections with our top ranked global law firm client. The ideal candidate has 2 years of legal billing experience and extensive experience with Elite or Aderant and eBilling Hub. Trademark/Patent experience is a plus Must have electronic billing experience. Duties will include: Produce timely and accurate bills for clients, including e-bills, and perform specific billing and e-billing tasks and projects. Manage quality control, deadlines, timely reporting on billing status, and thoroughly analyze special billing arrangements. Act as a resource for internal clients and colleagues, troubleshoot procedural issues, and assist systems team with upgrades and testing. May directly support assigned billing attorneys in full cycle of account management, including account set up, billing and collection arrangements, and inventory management. https://sourceprosearch.com/
