supports, sustains, and provides administrative support to
manufacturing personnel to ensure the organization is using
procedures to demonstrate the appropriate methodology relevant to
the different operations they support. Furthermore, Supports skills
development through training, certification, and coaching. The
production training specialist will support manufacturing
leadership & the training team. This is an entry to developing
individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps
implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the
organization's overall Manufacturing Assembly strategy. Applies
theoretical knowledge of the Manufacturing Assembly field to carry
out procedures and plans for the specified areas. Maintains
policies and procedures, quality records, and external
certifications. Helps meet customers' expectations for quality
through timely responses to inquiries. Coordinates the performance
of audits to assess compliance to quality and regulatory
requirements. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership
Imperatives and Credo. Helps support training audits to ensure
accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Furthermore,
maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal
communication, discretion, and independent judgment. We are looking
